OpenLift's core workout tracking functionality is open-source software. These terms cover our hosted service, but you're always free to run your own instance under the project's open-source license.

By using OpenLift ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

OpenLift is provided by the OpenLift team ("we," "us," or "our") as an open-source fitness tracking application. Unlike proprietary fitness apps, OpenLift prioritizes user freedom, privacy, and transparency.

These terms apply to our hosted service. Self-hosted instances are governed by the project's open-source license.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs.

As an open-source project, you always have the option to run your own instance if you need guaranteed availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpenLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

OpenLift is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult healthcare providers before starting any fitness program.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes and provide the updated terms on our website.
